Ingredients
1 cup warm water
2 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups flour (2 cups Bread flour, 1 cup Spelt flour)
3 teaspoons quick rise yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients in the order listed to a bread machine set on the "dough" setting.
Step 2
When the dough cycle has completed transfer dough to a lightly floured pastry board. Measure out and form 1.5 ounce balls of dough using a kitchen weighing scale and hand-rolling into individual balls. Place them in an oil-sprayed muffin pan. Baste brush rolls with melted butter. Proof in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until double in size.
Step 3
Heat oven to 365 degree Fahrenheit. Bake rolls for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
